I have more Dashfire ready-to-drink cocktails for you this week babes! This week I am trying their Lemon and Lavender Martini which is a flavored vodka martini and their Pomegranate El Presidente which is a rum cocktail and not something I've tried before. I fell in love with the Dashfire whiskey canned cocktails last week (if you missed that post, you can catch up here) so I'm really excited to try these two as well.
You know I had to style them up so I grabbed my favorite coupe glasses, two Swizzly Sticks from my Bloody Mary collection, and some lemon wheels for a pop of color. Now let's sip!
Here is my official review of the Dashfire Lemon & Lavender Martini and Pomegranate El Presidente:
To be perfectly honest, I did not like either of these cocktails at my first sip. Have you ever had one of those days where even your favorite foods don't taste great to you. I think that is what happened here. I am located right near Lake Tahoe and the Caldor Fire is super close. We have had weeks on end filled with varing degrees of smokey skies and ash falling. I am 1000% grateful to be a safe distance away and not in any real danger - but the smoke is super draining mentally and sucks the joy from pretty much everything.
One shaker = not sweet at all // Five shakers = your teeth may curl
Neither of these Dashfire cocktails are particularly sweet. They both have a touch of sweetness but in the overall scheme of things, they aren't sweet.
The El Presidente is a bit sweeter from that good Caribbean rum but it's not sugary sweet if that makes sense.

The Dashfire canned cocktails are small but mighty! Both the Lemon & Lavender Martini and Pomegranate El Presidente officially ring in at 38% ABV!! These are sipping cocktails for sure and will 100% make you forget whatever is bothering you. Cheers to that!

You know it! These are so so good. Dashfire is on fire (hee hee) and I still have five more cocktails to try! I'll be back next week with their Elderflower Martinez and Chai White Russian.
